Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy defines the conditions under which customers may return products purchased from AZUR STUDIO.

Due to the nature of the products sold (including caravans, tiny houses, mobile homes, and custom-made equipment), return conditions are strictly regulated.

This policy complies with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has been delivered within the eligible return period
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All original components, accessories, and documentation are included
  • The return has been previously authorized by AZUR STUDIO in writing

AZUR STUDIO reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For legal and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Made-to-order caravans, tiny houses, or mobile homes
  • Products manufactured according to specific customer specifications
  • Products that have already entered production or customization phase
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

4. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, the customer must:

  1. Contact AZUR STUDIO via phone or email
  2. Provide order details (invoice, product reference, delivery date)
  3. Explain the reason for the return
  4. Wait for written approval from AZUR STUDIO

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received, AZUR STUDIO will inspect it to verify:

  • Product condition
  • Compliance with return conditions
  • Presence of all original parts and accessories

If the product does not meet the return criteria, AZUR STUDIO reserves the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund.

6. Return Costs

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Additional transport or handling fees may apply for large or heavy products
  • Specialized transport may be required for caravans and mobile homes

AZUR STUDIO may assist in organizing return logistics upon request, at the customer’s expense.

7. Refund Conditions

If a return is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on banking systems
  • Any applicable fees (transport, handling, depreciation) may be deducted

Refunds are only issued after successful inspection of the returned product.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received damaged or defective:

  • The customer must report the issue immediately upon delivery
  • Supporting evidence (photos, delivery note comments) may be required
  • AZUR STUDIO will evaluate the claim and propose a solution, which may include:
    • Repair
    • Replacement
    • Partial refund
    • Full refund (if applicable)

Damage not reported at delivery may limit eligibility for claims.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers may have a 14-day withdrawal right.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-built or personalized products
  • Products manufactured on request (including caravans and mobile homes)
  • Orders already in production or specially configured

Where applicable, the withdrawal period begins from the day of delivery.

10. Exchange Policy

AZUR STUDIO does not offer automatic product exchanges.

If an exchange is required:

  • The original order must be returned (if eligible)
  • A new order must be placed separately

11. Force Majeure

AZUR STUDIO shall not be responsible for delays or inability to process returns due to events beyond its control, including:

  • Transport disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Legal restrictions
  • Industrial strikes
  • Supply chain issues

12. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Proper packaging of returned items
  • Ensuring safe transport conditions
  • Providing accurate return documentation
  • Complying with instructions provided by AZUR STUDIO

13. Fraud Prevention

AZUR STUDIO reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
