Delivery Conditions

1. Scope of Delivery

These Delivery Conditions apply to all orders placed with AZUR STUDIO, including but not limited to:

  • Caravans and travel trailers
  • Folding caravans
  • Tiny houses and mobile homes
  • Modular furniture and interior fittings
  • Kitchens and custom installations
  • Utility and transport trailers

Delivery services may vary depending on product type, size, customization level, and destination.

2. Delivery Areas

AZUR STUDIO delivers across:

  • France
  • Germany
  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations (subject to feasibility and quotation)

Certain destinations may require additional logistics arrangements or may not be eligible for standard delivery.

3. Delivery Methods

Depending on the nature of the product, delivery may be carried out via:

  • Standard freight carriers
  • Specialized heavy transport services
  • Dedicated logistics partners for oversized goods
  • Direct delivery by AZUR STUDIO or authorized partners

For large or custom-built units (e.g., caravans or mobile homes), delivery is always handled by specialized transport providers.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided as estimates only.

Typical timeframes may include:

  • Standard products: a few days to several weeks
  • Custom or made-to-order units: several weeks to several months

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Production schedule
  • Customization requirements
  • Transport availability
  • Customs clearance (if applicable)
  • External logistical constraints

AZUR STUDIO does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Order Processing & Shipment

An order is processed according to the following stages:

  1. Order confirmation
  2. Payment validation (full payment or deposit)
  3. Production or preparation
  4. Quality control and logistics planning
  5. Shipment or scheduled delivery

For custom orders, production begins only after confirmation and deposit payment (if applicable).

6. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Transport method required
  • Special handling requirements

Delivery costs are communicated to the customer before final order confirmation.

7. Delivery Conditions on Site

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is:

  • Accessible for large vehicles or transport trucks
  • Legally and physically suitable for unloading
  • Safe and prepared for product installation or placement

Additional costs may apply in case of:

  • Difficult access
  • Special equipment required (cranes, lifts, etc.)
  • Failed delivery attempts due to access issues

8. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon:

  • Physical delivery of the product
  • Or acceptance by the customer or authorized representative

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receipt of the product, the customer must:

  • Check the condition of the goods
  • Verify conformity with the order
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery document
  • Report issues to AZUR STUDIO within a reasonable timeframe

Failure to report visible damage at delivery may limit claims.

10. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Production constraints
  • Transport disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs procedures
  • Force majeure events

AZUR STUDIO shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or external circumstances.

11. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, absence, access issues):

  • Additional delivery fees may apply
  • Rescheduling may be required
  • Storage costs may be charged in certain cases

12. Installation and Assembly

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Delivery does not include installation or assembly services
  • The customer is responsible for installation after delivery
  • Optional installation services may be offered upon request

13. Customs and Import Duties

For international deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • AZUR STUDIO is not responsible for customs clearance delays

14. Force Majeure

AZUR STUDIO shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain failures
  • War or emergency situations
