These Purchase Conditions define the rules applicable to all purchases made through AZUR STUDIO, including products and services related to mobile living solutions such as caravans, tiny houses, mobile homes, furniture, kitchens, and utility trailers.

By placing an order, the customer fully agrees to these Purchase Conditions.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases on the AZUR STUDIO website are open to:

  • Private individuals (consumers)
  • Professionals and businesses

The customer declares that they have full legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.

3. Product Information

AZUR STUDIO ensures that product descriptions are as accurate as possible.

However:

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Minor variations in design, materials, or dimensions may occur
  • Custom-made products may differ based on client specifications

4. Order Process

A purchase is considered valid only after:

  • Product selection by the customer
  • Confirmation of order details
  • Acceptance of price and conditions
  • Completion of payment or deposit payment

AZUR STUDIO reserves the right to refuse any order in case of:

  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect or incomplete information
  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Technical or logistical impossibility

5. Pricing Conditions

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

Prices may:

  • Include or exclude VAT depending on customer location
  • Be updated at any time without prior notice

However, the price applied is the one confirmed at the time of order validation.

6. Payment Conditions

AZUR STUDIO offers flexible payment options:

Available payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Secure card payment
  • Other approved electronic payment systems

Payment options:

Customers may choose between:

  • Full payment (entire amount paid at order confirmation)
  • Deposit payment (acompte) followed by balance payment before delivery

Deposit rules:

  • The deposit confirms and reserves the order
  • Production or reservation may begin after deposit payment
  • The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipment

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order without refund of the deposit, depending on contractual conditions.

7. Order Confirmation

Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives an order confirmation summary.

This confirmation:

  • Validates the purchase agreement
  • Confirms product availability or production start
  • Establishes payment obligations

AZUR STUDIO reserves the right to request additional verification before processing high-value orders.

8. Delivery Conditions

Delivery conditions depend on product type and destination.

General rules:

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed
  • Large items may require special transport arrangements
  • External delays (logistics, customs, weather) are possible

Risk transfer:

The responsibility for goods transfers to the customer upon delivery acceptance.

9. Cancellation Conditions

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

Before production:

Cancellation may be accepted depending on order status.

After production has started:

Cancellation may result in:

  • Loss of deposit (partial or total)
  • Additional production costs charged to the customer

Custom-made products are generally non-cancellable once production has begun.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Certain purchases may benefit from a legal 14-day withdrawal period under EU law.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Made-to-order caravans or mobile homes
  • Products already in production or uniquely configured

11. Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Authorized in advance by AZUR STUDIO
  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Packaging is intact (when applicable)

Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

12. Warranty

All products benefit from legal warranties under EU law:

  • Legal conformity warranty
  • Hidden defects warranty

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage after delivery acceptance

13. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during order
  • Ensuring delivery access conditions
  • Proper use and maintenance of products
  • Compliance with local regulations (installation, transport, usage)

14. Force Majeure

AZUR STUDIO is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or labor disruptions
  • Transport failures
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • War or emergencies

15. Governing Law

These Purchase Conditions are governed by French law and applicable European regulations.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of AZUR STUDIO’s registered jurisdiction, after an attempt at amicable resolution.

16. Updates

AZUR STUDIO reserves the right to modify these Purchase Conditions at any time.
