2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales of products and services offered by AZUR STUDIO through its website and commercial channels.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms & Conditions without restriction or reservation.

3. Products and Services

AZUR STUDIO sells and distributes mobile living and transport solutions, including:

  • Caravans and travel trailers
  • Folding caravans
  • Tiny houses and mobile homes
  • Modular furniture for caravans and mobile homes
  • Kitchens and interior fittings
  • Utility and transport trailers

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates or customization.

4. Orders

Orders are considered valid once:

  • The customer has selected products
  • The order has been confirmed
  • Payment conditions have been accepted

AZUR STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect or incomplete information
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Product unavailability
  • Technical or logistical constraints

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on applicable regulations and customer location.

AZUR STUDIO reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the price valid at the time of order confirmation.

6. Payment Terms

AZUR STUDIO offers secure and flexible payment options:

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/debit card (secure payment system)
  • Other authorized electronic payment methods

Payment structure:

Customers may choose between:

  • Full payment at the time of order
  • Deposit payment (acompte) followed by balance payment before delivery or shipment

Deposit conditions:

  • The deposit confirms the order and reserves production or stock allocation
  • The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or dispatch
  • Failure to pay the balance may result in order cancellation

7. Delivery

Delivery conditions depend on product type and destination.

General conditions:

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed
  • Large products may require special transport arrangements
  • Delivery may be affected by external factors (logistics, customs, weather, suppliers)

AZUR STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery acceptance.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers may benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Made-to-order caravans or mobile homes
  • Products already in production or specifically configured

Where applicable, the customer must notify withdrawal in writing before production begins.

9. Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Prior written approval from AZUR STUDIO
  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is preserved (when applicable)

Refunds are issued after inspection and validation.

Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in cases of:

  • Order cancellation before production
  • Product unavailability
  • Valid return approval

Refunds are processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Processing time may vary depending on banking systems.

11. Warranty

All products benefit from legal warranties in accordance with applicable EU law:

  • Legal conformity warranty
  • Warranty against hidden defects

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • External damage after delivery

12. Liability

AZUR STUDIO shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Installation errors by the customer or third parties
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit or business interruption
  • Transport issues after delivery acceptance
  • External technical failures

13. Force Majeure

AZUR STUDIO shall not be responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain failures
  • War, terrorism, or emergencies
